New House Basement Waterproofing at Portrush, Co. Antrim

Portrush, Co. Antrim, Northern Ireland
Stronghold Preservation designed and specified a Cavity Drain Basement Waterproofing system for this conversion of an old stone barn, and new extension, to include a new basement & dwelling, built near Portrush, Co. Antrim. The existing barn was partially ground retaining, constructed from stone; finished ground level was 1.5 metres above proposed finished floor level, with one open elevation, allowing for drainage, and eliminating the need for a sump and pump. Stronghold Preservation designed and installed a cavity drain basement waterproofing system, to a Grade 3 dry environment, as required by BS8102.
